Data controller

HYPERPLANE TECHNOLOGY SRL is the data controller for Teleon Works.

What we collect

We collect the personal data needed to operate the store: name, email address, phone number when supplied, shipping address, billing address, account details, order history, support messages, and technical security logs.

Payments

Card details are handled by Stripe Checkout. Teleon Works receives payment status, transaction identifiers, totals, and customer contact details needed to reconcile and fulfil an order; we do not store raw card numbers.

Why we use it

We use personal data to process orders, reserve inventory, calculate shipping, send order updates, provide support, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain records, and comply with legal or accounting duties.

Who receives it

Payments are processed by Stripe. Hosting, database, and security infrastructure run on Cloudflare. Delivery providers receive the address and contact details needed to ship a purchase. We do not sell customer personal data.

Analytics

Teleon Works records aggregate first-party storefront events such as page views, product views, search-length ranges, cart additions, and checkout milestones. A completed-order event may include the trusted order total in cents for aggregate revenue attribution. Public browser events cannot provide revenue values. We do not store IP addresses, user-agent strings, full referring URLs, raw search terms, account IDs, or persistent visitor identifiers in this event store. Referrers and campaign sources are reduced to coarse channel buckets, and event rows store only the calendar day and become eligible for bounded deletion after 60 days. Short campaign parameters may be kept in the current browser tab's session storage so events from that visit retain their source.

Retention

Acquisition event rows become eligible for bounded automatic deletion after 60 days and are removed during ongoing storefront activity or maintenance. Coarse source, medium, and campaign attribution for a completed purchase may also be retained with the order record for the same period as that order. Order and support records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for fulfilment, bookkeeping, fraud prevention, warranty support, and legal obligations.
